Chancellor Professor Michal P. Pitzl is the founder of Searcherdemics™ and co-founder of the Authorship Education™ philosophy, a new education paradigm. Professor Michal P. Pitzl’s international work and the creation of the Searcherdemic™ model of education has earned her Global Educator of the Year 2020, an iChange Nations Civility Icon award. She is Chancellor of United Graduate College and Seminary International and published author of The Birthing of Searcherdemics: God’s Education System and co-author of Authorship Education: Architecting the Future. Having lectured and trained professors and instructors internationally for over a decade, Professor Michal P. Pitzl has developed a multicultural curriculum for online distance learning and instructor training worldwide. She is also an expert Master Life Coach and co-creator of a Master Life Coach training model. Her years of dedication to bringing education from the USA to other nations of the world has earned her the 2023 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden’s administration.

Professor Michal P. Pitzl’s academic degrees include Bachelor of Human Development & Teaching Certification and a Bachelor of Theology. Professor Pitzl also has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling and Philosophy of Christian Leadership. She is the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity, as well as an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities from Fuerza y Honor International – El Salvador. In 2021, Professor Michal P. Pitzl was awarded the Productive Business COVID-19 Leadership Award for pioneering Searcherdemics during the global pandemic. In 2020 she received the World Greatness Award for being a Greatness Educator from Greatness University in London.
